A redesign without the chaos.

Four stages, each ending with something concrete to look at. You are never wondering what is happening or when you will see it.

01

Review

We inspect the existing site, business goals, competitors, content, mobile experience, SEO structure and conversion path.

In this stage

  • Walk the site the way a customer does, on a phone first
  • List the pages and URLs worth protecting
  • Note where visitors are most likely to give up
  • Check how the site is structured for search today
02

Reimagine

We create a modern direction that preserves what is valuable while improving what holds the site back.

In this stage

  • Agree the one action each page should drive
  • Restructure the content you already have
  • Design the mobile layout as its own thing
  • Show you the direction before anything is built
03

Rebuild

We implement the redesigned experience using modern, performant web technology.

In this stage

  • Semantic, accessible markup rather than page-builder sprawl
  • Images and fonts optimized as they go in
  • Every page checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths
  • Forms that validate clearly and tell people what happened
04

Relaunch

We test, optimize, redirect old URLs where necessary, deploy, and monitor the new experience.

In this stage

  • Redirects mapped from the old URLs before launch
  • A final pass on speed, accessibility and metadata
  • Search Console and sitemap updated on day one
  • A check-in after launch to see how it is behaving

The questions we get first.

Will I lose the traffic I already have?

Not if the migration is handled properly. We inventory your existing URLs before anything changes, keep the ones that earn traffic, and redirect anything that has to move. Losing search visibility in a redesign is a preventable mistake, not an unavoidable cost.

Do I have to rewrite all my content?

No. Most of the content on an established site is fine — it is usually the structure around it that is the problem. We reorganize what you have, and only write new copy where something is genuinely missing.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly feedback comes back. We give you a schedule after the review stage, once we know what we are actually dealing with, rather than a number picked before we have seen the site.

What do you need from me?

Access to the current site, whoever knows the business best for about an hour, and a decision-maker who can give feedback at the end of each stage. That is genuinely most of it.

Can you work with my existing platform?

Usually. If your current setup is serving you well we work within it. If it is the reason the site is slow or impossible to update, we will explain the trade-off and let you decide.

What happens after launch?

We check the site is behaving — speed, search console, forms actually arriving. After that you can take it from there, or we can keep an eye on it under ongoing care.

Send us your website. We will tell you what to fix first.

A short, plain-English review of the design, mobile experience, conversion paths, speed and SEO structure of your current site.

No obligation, and no pressure to rebuild everything.
