Privacy Policy
What SiteReignite collects when you get in touch, why we have it, and how to get rid of it.
Draft — review before launch. This page describes how the site currently works and is written in plain English rather than legal language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the registered business details and governing jurisdiction still need to be filled in.

The short version
We collect the details you type into the site review form, and nothing else. We use them to reply to you about your website. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
What we collect
If you submit the site review form, we receive:
- The website address you asked us to review
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name, if you chose to give it
- Anything you wrote in the "what would you like to improve" box
What we do not collect
This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not know you visited unless you contact us.
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your browser may store ordinary technical data such as cached files, which is how the web works and is not readable by us.
Why we hold it
To read your website, write the review you asked for, and reply to you. If a conversation turns into a project, we keep the correspondence as a normal business record.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and website host process this information on our behalf in order to deliver and store the message. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is useful to the conversation you started. If you ask us to delete your details, we will delete them and confirm that we have.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your details entirely
- Ask us to stop contacting you, at any point
- Complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you think we have got this wrong
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal data here, so there is very little to lose.
Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly slipped in.
